“Implementation of Chief Ministers Dashboard- Real Time Monitoring of all Government Programme, Specially beneficiary oriented programmes”

The State Government undertakes implementation of a number of developmental works, Projects, Schemes & Programmes in the State of Manipur.
For effective and efficient monitoring of various schemes/projects/Developmental works, etc. right data at the right time is required to make right decision. Therefore, to ensure availability of the right data at the right time a dynamic CM Dashboard project was conceptualized to provide a comprehensive monitoring system to the Government for meeting the targets on time.
Accordingly, IT Department, Government of Manipur had prepared a DPR for “CM Dashboard” and submit to NEC for necessary funding. NEC had accorded administrative approval to Department of Information Technology, Government of Manipur for “Implementation of Chief Minister Dashboard-Real Time Monitoring of all Government Programme, Specially Beneficiary Oriented Programme”.
The Manipur CM Dashboard was developed on SAS platform and have feature for analytical report and forecasting using AI.
The CM Dashboard was officially launched by Hon’ble Chief Minister, Manipur on 29th June, 2022. With the launch of CM dashboard, Citizens are geting benefit as there are transparency and accountability by putting data and reports in public domain and bringing in participative governance. General Public can now view the real time status of the Schemes and works taken up by Government.
In the first phase, 25 Government Schemes are identified and on boarded in CM dashboard. Other Beneficiary oriented Schemes will be incorporated by providing interface for entering scheme data to the Department in a phase wise manner.
2 Nodal Officers for each Scheme are assigned for a smooth update of real-time data on the CM Dashboard. Departments are entering of data on a real time basis and the real time data is available on the CM Dashboard.
